Expert Quality Systems Consulting (EQSC) , a company incorporated in Zimbabwe under the Private Business Corporations Act [Chapter 24:11],specializes in assisting organisations seeking ISO accreditation or certification to establish, develop, implement and continuously improve Quality Management Systems(QMS)  through onsite mentorships, assessments, audits, and ISO trainings based on ISO 15189, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001.

Accreditation is an effective marketing tool for testing, calibration and medical laboratories. It provides a benchmark for performance, a range of marketing advantages, and international recognition of technical competence. ISO 9001 certification can be a useful tool to add credibility, by demonstrating that the organization’s product or service meets the expectations of customers.
